Job summary

Network Plus in the United Kingdom (St Austell) is seeking a Fault Coordinator to support the Commercial and Operational Support Teams in delivering client work. You will ensure work is delivered accurately, submitting correct forms and keeping data up to date.

Based in St Austell, you will monitor field activity, coordinate notices/permits, update systems, and assist in the reinstatement process. The role involves admin duties and being part of the call desk.

Qualifications

• Utilities sector experience is preferred but not required.
• IT and system literate.
• Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily field activities through field mobility systems, audit mobile and photographic compliance.
• Manage requests for extensions/amendments required to notices/permits.
• Update systems to ensure all excavation measures are input correctly for reinstatement handover.
• Investigate and provide information to the performance analyst.
• Ensure all works carried out are billed correctly in the systems.
• Carry out other administrative duties appropriate for a job of this nature.
• Be part of the call desk.

As a Fault Coordinator, you will support the Commercial and Operational Support Teams in delivering work for the clients. You will ensure that work is delivered accurately; supporting in the submission of the correct forms and ensuring data is correct and up to date.

Department: National Grid

Location: St Austell

Compensation: £28,600 / year

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily field activities through field mobility systems, audit mobile and photographic compliance
• Manage requests for extensions/amendments required to notices/permits
• Manage updating the systems to ensure that all the excavation measures are inputted correctly ready to be passed on to the reinstatement department - reconciling work activities on the system
• Investigate and provide information to the performance analyst.
• Manage the use of our management systems; ensuring all works carried out have been billed correctly
• Carry out any other administrative duties appropriate for a job of this nature
• Be part of the call desk

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience of working within the Utilities sector desired but not essential
• IT and system literate
• Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
