Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fault Coordinator to support the Commercial and Operational Support Teams in delivering work for clients. You will ensure that work is delivered accurately, supporting in submitting the correct forms and keeping data up to date.

In this role you will monitor field activities, manage permits and notices, update systems, assist the performance analyst, ensure correct billing, and perform related admin tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Utilities sector is desirable but not essential.
  • IT and systems literate with good MS Office skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
