Beaverbrooks is hiring a Retail Management Trainee in Manchester at Arndale Centre. The role is 40 hours per week with a £13.84 hourly rate and an OTE of £31,224.35 in the first year, plus profit bonus and benefits.

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated coaching and influencing skills.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving targets.
