Beaverbrooks Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Retail Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and drive exceptional customer experiences in-store.

Youll follow a structured development path from Bronze to Gold, with coaching, training and progression, while delivering sales targets and building a high-performing team.

The role is 40 hours per week at our St John's Centre store, with potential training travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Contract: 40 hours per week

Salary: £31,.53 OTE 1st year, plus bonuses and benefits

A little more about the role

Your home store will be your permanent base. As part of your development, you may undertake a temporary placement in another store for up to three weeks.

There may also be occasional travel for training, potentially up to two hours from your home store. Where overnight accommodation is required, this will be provided.
