Job summary

NEW LOOK in London is seeking a Sample Coordinator to support the movement of samples across suppliers, BMD, and the studio for Ecom photography. You will manage samples to and from the studio, logging in trackers and handling the admin to keep timelines intact.

Day-to-day duties include updating trackers, communicating with involved departments, and supporting the Product Coordination Manager on wider sample requests. A detail‑driven, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating samples across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Proficient in Excel and trackers.
• Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample movement across departments and photography studio.
• Check trackers daily, log and process samples, raise issues and resolve.
• Communicate with BMD departments to meet deadlines for handover.
• Serve as main contact for studio coordinator and link between BMD and studio.
• Maintain relationships across teams with a can-do attitude.
• Assist PCM with follow-up admin for sample coordination.
