Job summary

New Look is a feel-good fashion brand with 55+ years in the market, offering a 40% staff discount and other benefits. We are seeking a Samples Coordinator to manage sample flow, coordinate with the Photography Studio, and support the Product Coordination Manager.

In this role, you will log and track samples, liaise with multiple departments, and help ensure timely handovers for campaigns, shoots and influencer content. Office-based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel.
• Able to take good clear pictures of samples for trackers.
• Love fashion and stay in the day-to-day buzz.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate samples across BMD to the Photography Studio.
• Check the BMD Trackers daily and log/process all samples.
• Communicate daily with BMD departments to meet deadlines and handovers.
• Be the main contact for the studio coordinator and link between BMD and studio.
• Maintain strong relationships across BMD and wider teams with a can-do approach.
• Support PCM on sample coordination and follow-up admin tasks.
• Coordinate the return of samples to BMD and assist with sample pulls for shoots.
