You’ll influence store standards, merchandising and overall presentation while ensuring commercial targets are achieved. Coaching, developing and motivating your team will be a major part of the role, helping to build a positive culture and deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a customer-focused retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large teams.
• Experience in a multi-product or fast-paced retail setting is desirable.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and performance.
• High standards of store presentation and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
