Qualifications

• Competent in using POS systems, processing transactions accurately and handling cash.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Build rapport with customers and identify needs to recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and after-sales support to ensure loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions and retail trends to drive sales.
• Work with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain visual standards.
• Operate tills and process purchases, refunds, and exchanges per store policy.
• Support loss prevention by staying vigilant on the shop floor.
