Job summary

ARNE is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager for our new Leeds pop-up. You will support store operations, lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with ARNE’s design-forward brand.

You’ll supervise staff, assist in recruitment and training, analyse performance data, and uphold merchandising standards. The role offers a hands-on path in an expanding brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and develop a store team.
• Strong customer service focus and sales drive.
• Ability to analyse sales data and extract insights.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and motivate the store team to deliver excellent service.
• Assist in recruitment, training and performance management.
• Analyse sales performance and feedback to identify improvements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Oversee stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Implement promotions and marketing initiatives at the store.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment.
• Be a role model for customer service and ARNE values.
• Manage the store in the Store Manager's absence.
