Our online fashion client is looking for a Fashion Logistics (shipping) Assistant to join their small operations team.

The role will start as a 6-month internship, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. Starting salary will be £25,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with shipping and logistics across all business areas, including wholesale, eCommerce, retail, and general operations.
• Supporting the Operations Manager by checking shipping paperwork, creating documents for customs clearance, and providing shipping approvals.
• Helping create and update shipping schedules, resolving shipping challenges efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Liaising with shipping partners, including freight forwarders and couriers.
• Updating wholesale clients on shipping progress, including distribution center dates and delivery confirmations.
• Highlighting specific shipping requirements for each client and territory.
• Learning and supporting ERP delivery systems to streamline workflow.
• Creating and updating invoices for deliveries.
• Assisting the Production team with bulk shipments from factories.
