The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when counting stock. They should be reliable, a team player, physically fit for manual handling, and aware of health and safety procedures. Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills are important, as well as the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines during busy times. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn warehouse processes are essential.
Previous warehouse experience, including picking, packing, and using courier systems like DPD and Royal Mail, is preferred. Reliability, good attendance, and punctuality are key. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse team is important. A Fork Lift or Flexi Truck licence is a plus.

You will process customer orders, including marketing materials and routers, and pack them for dispatch. Operating a Flexi-Forklift Truck and assisting with monthly stock takes will be part of your duties. Maintaining a tidy, organized warehouse is essential for safety and efficiency. You will also use our systems to manage deliveries and dispatches.
Additional responsibilities include providing cover for other areas, such as processing customer upgrades and returns. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is crucial to maintain a safe workspace.
