Job summary

Danielle Ward Recruitment seeks an Ecommerce & Wholesale Account Manager for a growing fashion business. You will nurture relations with major retailers and marketplace partners while driving commercial growth.

You will manage day-to-day partnerships, identify opportunities to expand listings and product ranges, coordinate range planning, launches and pricing, and oversee ecommerce operations supporting these accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce, marketplace, or digital concession accounts for major fashion retailers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with buyers and retailers.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with major fashion retailers, online marketplace partners and wholesale accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow account sales, expand product ranges, secure additional listings, and increase product distribution.
• Coordinate seasonal range planning, product launches, pricing, stock availability, promotions, and trading performance.
• Identify opportunities for additional products, colourways, replenishment, and range expansion.
• Manage ecommerce operations including product uploads, pricing, stock, SKU management and online merchandising.
• Monitor sales and stock performance and produce reports with insights for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches and ensure efficient order fulfilment.
