Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Ecommerce Executive for a fast-growing fashion retail brand. The role covers trading, merchandising and optimisation of digital channels including the website, app and social commerce platforms.

You will manage product categories, drive campaigns, and work with marketing and CRM to convert data-driven insights into actions that improve performance and visibility across channels.

Qualifications

• Practical ecommerce experience in merchandising, uploads, launches and daily trading.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and product management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly ecommerce trading activity and product launches.
• Manage product categories across digital channels using data to improve visibility.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM and creative teams to execute campaigns on time.
• Balance launches with merchandising and ecommerce improvements.
• Create and maintain accurate product listings including data and imagery.
• Coordinate stock readiness and pre-launch checks to ensure items are live.
• Manage launch trackers and align teams for upcoming launches.
• Deliver updates to websites, apps and sales channels for new launches and campaigns.
• Update homepage, landing pages, collections and navigation.
• Maintain onsite search campaigns, synonyms, filters and recommendations.
• Support TikTok Shop listings and promotional activity.
• Monitor competitor activity across launches, pricing and customer experience.
