Job Description:

Responsibilities: The Sales Assistant will support the Showroom Sales Team by providing customers with information and advice concerning acquisitions, ensuring an outstanding sales experience. The Sales Assistant reports directly to the Showroom Manager.

Main Activities:

  1. Support the Sales Team in:
  2. Meet and greet customers, providing excellent hospitality.
  3. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  4. Engage customers actively, matching their needs with appropriate selling skills.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospect for new ones.
  6. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  7. Provide product information and technical support to customers.
  8. Maintain accurate inventory and check products for damage.
  9. Use company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
  10. Expand the company database through client data registration and profiling.
  11. Support organizing events and promotional activities.
  12. Prepare sales and customer relations reports.
  13. Investigate customer complaints and suggestions.
  14. Support the Showroom Manager in implementing programs and organizational objectives.

Experience and Education: 2-3 years of experience in high-end furniture or luxury goods industry preferred.

Technical and Soft Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stress.
  • Polite, customer-oriented, team player.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proactive approach to achieving goals.

Work Location: Harrods - London

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 10 AM to 6 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM.
