Job summary

Wrexham AFC is seeking a Fan Services Specialist to deliver exceptional supporter care across email, phone, live chat and social media. You will handle ticketing queries, memberships and accessibility needs, ensuring a friendly and efficient service for every matchday and non-matchday.

You'll work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required, develop knowledge of the club’s ticketing systems, and support the Fan Services team with data handling, reporting and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
• Confident telephone and customer-facing manner.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions.
• Confident using CRM and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class supporter service across all channels (email, phone, in-person, social media, live chat).
• Respond to enquiries on ticketing, memberships, accessibility and club information.
• Process ticket orders, exchanges, refunds, memberships, and account updates.
• Upsell and cross-sell memberships, add-ons and related products when appropriate.
• Support matchday and non-matchday fan services operations and reporting.
