Chelsea FC Women are seeking a Fan Experience Executive to support the planning, development and delivery of the club’s matchday fan experience at Stamford Bridge and Cherry Red Records Stadium. You will work within the brand experience team alongside commercial, operations and marketing colleagues to create an engaging experience for new and existing fans.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills and a passion for sports.

In the 2026/27 season, we will playing all 13 of our BWSL games at Stamford Bridge for the first time – while playing our domestic & European fixtures at Cherry Red Records stadium.
The candidate will support the planning, development and delivery of Chelsea Women’s matchday fan experience at our home games across Stamford Bridge and Cherry Red Records Stadium. Embedded within the Club’s brand experience team day-to-day and working closely with the CFCW Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams, the candidate will help to create and execute an industry-leading matchday experience for new and existing fans.
