Chelsea FC Women is seeking a proactive professional to plan and deliver world-class matchday fan experiences at Stamford Bridge and Cherry Red Records Stadium. You will work within the brand experience team, partnering with Marketing, Commercial and Operations to elevate fan engagement across all domestic and European fixtures.
The role requires strong analytical, communication and collaborative skills, with a passion for sport and fans.

Chelsea FC Women are the most successful team in the modern WSL era, and one of the most successful women’s teams globally. We are committed to setting new standards on and off the pitch. In the 2026/27 season, we will playing all 13 of our BWSL games at Stamford Bridge for the first time – while playing our domestic & European fixtures at Cherry Red Records stadium.
The candidate will support the planning, development and delivery of Chelsea Women’s matchday fan experience at our home games across Stamford Bridge and Cherry Red Records Stadium. Embedded within the Club’s brand experience team day-to-day and working closely with the CFCW Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams, the candidate will help to create and execute an industry-leading matchday experience for new and existing fans.
