We are hiring for the position of Family Support Worker at Oxford Outcomes. This role is based at Oak Tree School in Truro, TR4 9NH, offering a salary of £29,120 per annum, working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. It is a permanent, full-time position, and UK applicants only, as the role does not offer sponsorship.
The Family Support & Liaison Worker with safeguarding responsibilities will play a vital role in supporting students and families, focusing on wellbeing, safeguarding, attendance, and family support. Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with families, providing emotional support, collaborating with school staff and external agencies, and ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed.
We are participating in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week (4DWW), which, if successful, will be implemented across the group, allowing staff to work fewer days while maintaining salary. This initiative reflects our commitment to staff wellbeing and work/life balance.
