Family Solicitor – Our client, a highly esteemed Holborn firm with a legacy spanning over 300 years and voted as Times best law firms, is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their award-winning Family department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced family lawyer to take on a pivotal role within a supportive, high-performing team working closely with the department’s Partners and collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Associate, you will manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on complex, high net worth (HNW) financial remedy and private children matters.
  • Prepare key legal documents, attend hearings and FDRs, and work closely with counsel to deliver strategic, solutions-focused advice to clients.
  • Take responsibility for accurate file management and billing.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and actively contribute to the department’s business development through thought leadership, seminars, and client engagement.
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified family solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE, demonstrating strong expertise in financial remedy work and contested proceedings, alongside experience in both financial and children matters.
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills, with the confidence to handle high-value, complex disputes.
  • Commercially minded, numerate, familiar with family law software, and possess a collaborative, proactive approach with a clear commitment to excellence.
