Wiltshire Council is seeking a community-based Family Support role operating across North Wiltshire. The role involves visiting families in their homes, schools and local settings to provide targeted support and intervention.

You will build strong relationships with up to 20 families, deliver one-to-one support and work closely with schools, health professionals and community partners to help families access the right support and create lasting change.
