Worcestershire Family Hubs aims to deliver a new countywide model that reflects a change in how we support local children, young people, and families. Our goal is to improve access to early help and support, empower local communities, and make Worcestershire a great place to grow up, learn, develop, and maximize potential.
The post holder will work across Bromsgrove and Redditch districts, engaging with local community groups, VCSE organizations, and service providers. The role involves supporting families and young people by raising awareness of available services, improving access to information, and supporting community capacity-building activities such as social media campaigns and community events.
Additionally, the role includes analyzing data and feedback to identify service gaps, maintaining current information on websites and social media, and visiting local groups to promote Worcestershire Family Hubs.
