This service supports individuals in actively progressing along their mental health recovery journey through support planning, proactive keyworking, structured courses, therapeutic activities, and signposting to appropriate services.
Creative Support is a non-profit organization providing high-quality, person-centered social care for people with learning disabilities, mental health, and other needs.
We seek person-centered individuals who are well motivated, hardworking, and eager to join our friendly team. You will work with a caseload of service users to develop individual recovery plans and coordinate support packages that enhance their quality of life and promote social inclusion within the wider community.
You will engage with service users to build trusting, therapeutic relationships and employ a psychologically minded approach while maintaining professional boundaries. You will work within Creative Support's Recovery Model to foster positive mental health and coping skills.
Our structured courses and therapeutic activities are updated quarterly, with openness to new or alternative sessions. We are particularly interested in applicants experienced in delivering Mental Health Management, Psycho-education, and Positive Lifestyle themed sessions.
