Northumberland County Council is seeking a full-time Family Hub Coordinator to support families across the South East locality. The role involves delivering engaging play experiences inside hubs, in the community and outreach settings, and providing direct individual and group support to children, young people and parents/carers.

You will work with partners to offer non-clinical support to new and expectant parents, including help with routines, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing and reducing

Qualifications

• Experience of working with families.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
