Sandwell Children's Trust is recruiting passionate Practitioners for our Family Help Teams as we move to the Families First model. You will deliver timely, strengths-based interventions and lead CIN plans with Family Help support, ensuring a coordinated approach.

You will work directly with families, conducting assessments and developing outcome-focused plans within a multi-agency team to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Help, Strengthening Families, or CIN services.
• Ability to engage families and build trust.
• Trauma-informed practice and assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct, relationship-based interventions to children, young people and families.
• Lead and coordinate Child in Need (CIN) plans alongside Family Help work.
• Undertake high-quality assessments and develop outcome-focused plans.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team to coordinate support.
• Promote family-led decision-making and ensure the voice of the child is central.
