Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited in Hackney, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced social care practitioner for a 5-6 month contract to provide intensive, family-focused support and intervention to children, young people, and families with complex needs.

Summary

• This is a 5-6 month contract role with a local authority, aimed at providing intensive, family-focused support and intervention to children, young people, and families with complex needs. The position is crucial for improving outcomes, safeguarding children, strengthening parenting capacity, and helping families build resilience. This is achieved through effective assessment, direct intervention, and multi-agency partnership working.

• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Additional Information

• Working hours: 36 hours per week.
• We operate on a bi-weekly schedule.
