Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 3-month contract role with a local authority to provide practical, emotional, and social support to children, young people and their families or carers in Wales. The post involves direct engagement, contributing to care plans and safeguarding welfare, with collaboration across professionals and partner agencies.

Hours are 37 per week, with 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days remote, and bi-weekly scheduling.

• Support the planning, implementation, and review of care and support interventions.
• Work sensitively with children, young people, and families experiencing trauma, stress, or challenging circumstances.
