About The Job
In this role you will play a key role in the delivery of a highly effective Family Group Conference service as we work to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will be responsible for:
- Holding a caseload of families conducting Family Group Conferences and reviews
- Working directly with children and young people to capture their voices and encourage participation in their Family Group Conference
- Gather feedback from your families to inform the team and work together in the development and implementation of the Family Group Conference service
- Travel across the borough and outside of the borough as needed in order to engage the family network

- Travel across the borough and outside of the borough as needed in order to engage the family network
You will be a good fit for this role if you;
- Have 3 years’ experience of working with children, young people and families
- Have a professional qualification in health, education, social care or related field
- Are passionate about empowering families and ensuring children and young people’s voices are heard
- Have the ability to develop relationships with staff from other teams, departments as well as external agencies
- Are prepared to undertake some evening and weekend work as needed
