A Conference and Events Sales Manager – Planning at Hilton London Tower Bridge is responsible for the successful sales, planning, and execution of all group, conference, and event bookings at the hotel.

What Will I Be Doing?

This role involves interacting with clients to understand their needs, building relationships to foster repeat business, and ensuring seamless event execution. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Maximize revenue through upselling
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Plan events and prepare Banquet Event Orders
  • Meet and greet clients, oversee event setup
  • Conduct show rounds for clients and agents
  • Handle client inquiries and requests
  • Prepare invoices and final bills
  • Track upsell revenue against targets
  • Collect feedback through surveys
  • Resolve customer complaints collaboratively with operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
  • Lead a team of 2 in the events planning department
What Are We Looking For?
