We are looking to recruit a Family Case Worker within our Children with Disabilities Team, based at The Portal in Ellesmere Port.

Based at The Portal, Ellesmere Port, you will cover the entire borough and can work from home on occasion. You should be a strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, committed to advocating for children.
