Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Family-Based Clinician in Exton, PA to conduct individual and family therapy within the Family-Based Mental Health Services program. The role includes supervision duties, mobile service delivery, and coordination with payers for service authorizations.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a clinical field and at least two years in behavioral health with children/adolescents; licensure is preferred but not required, with required state clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (e.g. clinical or counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or human services).
• Two years of experience in the behavioral health field with children/adolescents.
• Licensure/certification preferred but not required, plus required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals aligned with agency policies.
• Provide routine supervision to Family Based Counselor team.
• Deliver clinical mobile services per program standards and licensure.
• Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.
• Communicate with payers to obtain and renew service authorizations.
• Develop treatment plans and behavior management plans with client/family input.
• Conduct individual and family therapy with a balanced approach.
• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization when needed.
• Participate in committees to enhance programs/services.
