Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems seeks a Family-Based Clinician to conduct individual and family therapy within the Family-Based Mental Health Services program in Exton, PA. The role reports to the Clinical Coordinator and involves mobile service delivery in adherence to licensure standards.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and two years in behavioral health with children/adolescents; licensure/certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical discipline with supervised practicum experience.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health with children/adolescents.
• Licensure or certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy with FBMHS clients.
• Provide routine supervision to Family Based Counselor team, if applicable.
• Provide clinical mobile services and ensure licensure compliance.
• Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, payers, and community supports.
• Communicate with payers to renew authorizations as needed.
• Submit payroll and billing documentation timely.
• Develop treatment plans and behavior management plans as required.
• Implement treatment interventions per plan.
• Consult with other professionals about treatment plan interventions.
• Conduct quality therapy balancing individual and family modalities.
• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization when needed.
• Participate in committees to enhance programs/services.
• Complete required trainings and professional development.
