Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the UK is seeking a Family Activity Supervisor to lead our children's activities, delivering the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and birthday parties with energy and structure. You will mentor the team, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality customer service across all family sessions at Bishopsgate club.

You will hold a qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching, demonstrate confident leadership of groups of children, and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver children’s activity programmes including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children's parties.
• Lead and motivate the activity team to ensure maximum participation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with children’s safety guidelines.

About you:

As a Family Activity Supervisor:

• You must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline
• Be able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer serviceEnsuring that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
