Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Family Activity Supervisor to join our vibrant team. You will lead a group of children, delivering structured activities with energy and care, ensuring a safe and fun environment.

In this role you will run core club programmes, holiday activities, and children's parties, helping every child participate and feel valued while upholding our safety standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline.
• Able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
• Ensure services meet the Children’s Safety Guide requirements.
• Great communication and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering engaging children's activities with structure and enthusiasm.
