David Lloyd Clubs in Cheshire Oaks is seeking a Family Activity Supervisor to lead a team delivering children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm. You will drive the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and birthday parties to maximize participation and enjoyment.

The role requires a qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching, strong communication, and a commitment to safety guidelines. A supportive environment promotes career development and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure services to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times.
• Good communication and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise children's activities according to core club programmes.
• Lead Holiday Active Programmes and children's parties with enthusiasm.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all participants.

About you:

As a Family Activity Supervisor:

• You must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline
