David Lloyd Clubs in Sutton, Greater London is seeking a Family Activity Supervisor to lead a team delivering children’s activities with energy and structure. You will run Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children's parties, ensuring high participation and safety standards.

The role requires a qualification in teaching/childcare or sports coaching, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage groups of children across activities.

Formación

• Must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer service.
• Ensure that all services delivered to children meet the Children's Safety Guide requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver the club's children's activity programmes including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children's parties.
• Deliver the club's children's activities with structure and enthusiasm to maximise participation.
• Maintain high standards of safety and customer service during activities.

About you:

As a Family Activity Supervisor:

• You must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline
• Be able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer service
• Ensuring that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
