Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Family Activity Supervisor in Wallington to lead the childrens activity team and deliver engaging programmes. You will run Core Club activities, holiday programmes and parties with energy and structure to maximise participation.

You will hold a qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching and demonstrate strong customer service and team leadership, ensuring safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Experience leading groups of children with confidence and energy.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
• Ensure that services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children9s Safety Guide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver childrens activities including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and childrens parties.
• Lead the team to deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm.
• Encourage maximum participation of the children.

About you:

As a Family Activity Supervisor:
