Job summary

Exeter College is seeking a highly organised Faculty Administrator – Health-Science, Education & Public Services. This EC4 band permanent role is full-time, 37 hours per week, based in Exeter.

You will support teaching teams with admin and IT support, manage student records, timetables and communications, and act as a friendly point of contact for staff, students and external partners, helping shape the future workforce in healthcare, early years and public services.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy administration roles.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
