University of Exeter Education Support Administrator (Clinical Exams) is a part-time 0.8FTE role in Exeter, hybrid work arrangement. The post supports the BMBS Medicine programme, coordinating clinical skills teaching and examinations with Heavitree Hospital and NHS partners.
You will manage schedules and data, provide a high-quality, student-focused service, and act as a primary contact for students and staff. An opportunity to join a supportive team and develop advanced admin skills.
Part-time 0.8FTE post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
Salary: £30,878 per annum pro rata on Grade D subject to knowledge, skills and experience.

Hybrid working: 3 days on campus and 1 day from home.

The Education Support Team provides essential operational support for teaching and assessment activities across all five years of the BMBS Medicine programme in Devon. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the delivery of clinical skills teaching and examinations.
You will be required to work flexibly throughout the year, including supporting scheduled examination activities where attendance is essential.
You are a confident, organised and adaptable individual with excellent communication and IT skills. You enjoy working in a busy environment, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality administrative support.
