Our team of Faculty Administrators acts as an interface in pastoral matters between the staff in each of ourfaculties and the students, their parents and carers. You will undertake arange ofadministrativeduties andwillprovide frontlinesupport andadvicetoparentson the telephone and by email. You will deal with some complex and potentially emotionally demanding issues and must have the resilience and sensitivity to manage the needs of all parties. There are some very busy times, so you will need to be able to work well under pressure, remaining professional while prioritising appropriately. Proficiency in ITpackages is essential and experience working with 16 – 19 year olds is highly desirable.
