Are you looking for a long-term opportunity? We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our client’s team at a well-established food packing site in Ledbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the manufacturing sector. Full training is provided – no previous experience in food production is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused onpackaging and handling food products.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
• Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
• Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).

Working Hours:

• This is a rotational shift Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between
• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30
