Our client, who are a global leading manufacturer, are looking to expand their current manufacturing capability and therefore require an additional Operator to support their business.Candidates will be setting, operating and maintaining production machinery within a fast moving factory environment.Ideal candidates will have the following characteristics:* Clear Handwriting* Accuracy in number transfer* High standard of housekeeping* Good hand/eye co-ordination* Safety Conscious* Methodical but fast approach - not cutting corners* Good observation skills* Quality driven* Attention to detail* Flexibility/Versatility* Hand held scanners experienceCandidates will also need to be PC literate and happy to work on a rotating shift pattern.Suitable candidates will be familiar with operating machinery and have experience of working within a fast moving manufacturing based role. It is also preferable for candidates to have a RTITB Counter Balance Forklift license although this is not essential.Shift:4 on/4 off12 hours shift pattern covering days and nightsPay:£12.21 per hour (+ £4.09 per hour shift premium)
