Multistaff Recruitment Solutions are looking for several Production Operatives for an industry leading client based in Droitwich. Our clientspecialises in producing investment cast industrial gas turbine blades and vanes.

Hours: Rotating shifts

Week 1. Mon to Thur 05:45 - 13:45 & Fri 05:45 to 11:45

Week 2. Mon to Thur 14:00 - 22:00 & Fri 22:00 to 12:00 to 19:00

The Role:

• Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard.
• Using tools and trained techniques to achieve a smooth and top quality finish.
• Inspect finished products to make sure they meet expectations.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment
• Must be physically fit and happy to do manual work.
