Factory Operative

Due to growth, we are seeking Factory / Production Operatives for our client based in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company.

This role is temporary to permanent, with full-time day shift hours:

• Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday 7:00 am – 2:30 pm

Applicants must hold a full clean driving license due to van duties that may be required.

Duties Will Include

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements
• Using hand tools and machinery
• Maintaining health and safety standards and good housekeeping
• Quality checking and inspecting orders
• Performing general factory duties

Experience and Skills Required

• Previous experience working in a factory or on the shop floor
• Full clean driving license
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
