Reform Plastics is looking for reliable and hardworking Extrusion Operatives to join our team in Derby. We manufacture products from recycled plastic, and we’re proud to be helping the environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Run and monitor plastic extrusion machines to make products
2. Set up machines for different jobs
3. Check products during and after production to make sure they meet quality standards
4. Fix basic machine problems and keep equipment running smoothly
5. Keep your work area clean and safe
6. Fill out simple paperwork and records

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in a factory or extrusion role is helpful, but not essential – full training will be given
2. Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work
3. Able to work on your feet and handle physical tasks
4. Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends
5. A team player with a good attitude
