Job summary

Jobsinkent in Medway Towns is seeking a hands-on Factory Labourer to join a well established engineering company. Initially on a temporary basis with a permanent opportunity after a qualifying period, you will work Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:30, 40 hours per week.

Role involves preparing materials and moulds for casting, pouring molten aluminium into ceramic moulds, moving moulds through the casting process, cleaning moulds, manual handling and basic production records via touch screen

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not essential).
• Physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved and comfortable with manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new skills.

Up to £12.86 per hour + Plus Holiday Accrual and Benefits

A well established and highly successful engineering company based in Medway Towns is looking to recruit a Factory Labourer initially on a temporary basis. This is a "hands on" role with training provided. There is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate after a qualifying period.

You will be working Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:30, 40 hours per week, £12.86 per hour.

Overtime is also available at an enhanced rate.
