Job summary

Premier Work Support is recruiting for a Production Operative with an established engineering company in the Medway Towns. You will join the casting production area and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing workflow in a busy factory environment.

Daily duties include operating machinery and equipment, using a band saw to cut materials to tight specifications, inspecting finished products for quality, and performing manual handling and documentation with care.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production, preferably heavy industrial.
• Willingness to perform manual handling and lifting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

A great opportunity has arisen to join a long-established and respected engineering company based in the Medway Towns. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join their friendly team working in the casting production area of the factory, at first on a temporary basis. There may be an opportunity for a permanent position after a qualifying period for the right candidate.
