Job summary

Isembard is building a network of high-performance factories and MasonOS, embedding with factories in the UK, Europe and the US to ship production code and apply AI to workflows.

This hands-on build role is open to graduates and experienced engineers; you will train operators, create playbooks, develop self-service tools, and turn field patterns into roadmaps while traveling frequently.

Qualifications

• Ship production code with minimal supervision.
• Full-stack fluency across backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs to real workflows.
• Clear communication with operators and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding, training and day-to-day adoption with machinists, engineers and site operators.
• Turn repeated support questions into playbooks, training material or self-service tools. You are measured on the support burden falling, not on tickets closed.
• Put agentic workflows into operational use: reporting, supplier follow-ups and order status.
• Ship fixes and small features into MasonOS through the same review as every other engineer.
• Turn patterns from the field into clear, written requirements for the roadmap.
• Prototype with any tool, but state lives in Mason: every prototype carries a decision date.
