Job summary

Cranswick Country Foods in Watton, Norfolk is seeking a production supervisor to motivate a team and maintain high standards. You will drive efficiency, ensure accurate paperwork, and work a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule from 5:30am to 5pm. Prior GMP familiarity and food-safety credentials are preferred.

The role emphasizes people leadership, production knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ideally hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.

Salary & Benefits

• Rate of pay - £16.34 per hour
• Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
• Overtime - time and a third after basic hours
