Caledonia Housing Association is seeking a Factoring Officer to help shape our factoring service, ensure regulatory compliance and drive digital and data improvements. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will manage homeowner accounts, service charges and debt recovery while delivering value for money for the Group.
This hybrid role requires travel across our areas; a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

About the role Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Factoring Officer will play a key role in shaping the future of our factoring service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while driving digital and data improvements. Through a customer-focused approach, you will identify opportunities to modernise processes, improve performance, enhance service delivery and provide demonstrable value for money for customers and the Group.
Within this role there will be the requirement to travel across our areas of operation on occasion. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
