We’re hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

Position Details:

• Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
• Location: Southwest Houston area
• Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Hours: M-F 3:30pm – 12:00am, on-call weekends
• Duration: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily building equipment inspections
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies
• Other maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in building maintenance
• Journeyman Electrician license or HVAC license is a plus
